Absolutely.
Benadryl [diphenhydramine] will trigger a false positive for PCP, Benzodiazepines, and tricyclic antidepressants
Nope. Not even in large doses should you worry.
yes it can
No.
can percocet cause a false positive for pcp
yes!
To the best of my knowledge, energy drinks cannot cause false positives for PCP.
The cough suppressant, DXM, has been known to cause a false positive for PCP. PCP, or phencyclidine, is also commonly known as angel dust.
About a month into my perscription of Zoloft -as it built up in my system, I started to drop dirty for pcp.
I take alot of Benderyl due to severe allergies, it is the only thing that can hold them at bay. I just recently had a urine drug screen and I tested positive for benzos, so as far as I am concerned yes it can.
No. 5 panel tests for marijuana, PCP, amphetamines, opiates, and cocaine. Valium is considered a benzo and is a completely differenters class than opiates. Valium is in same class as xanax and ativan. Hope that helps. More panel tests will reveal the benzos though.
It can cause a false positive for PCP or Opiates depending on the quality of the test.
Benadryl (Diphenhydramine), has been reported to cause false positives for benzodiazepines (such things as Xanax, Valium), PCP and tricyclic anti-depressants. The false positives occur using the screening-type tests (sticks, cups, etc) but confirmatory tests using GC/MS should clear any false positive.
Yes! Lamictal will show a false positive on drug screens. You can have a lab use a maspectrometer specifically for PCP in order to officially rule it as a "false positive."
PCP...
Can Lamictal or depakote cause false positive screening for opiates? I am not sure about it testing positive for opiates; however, Lamictal will show a positive reading on a PCP test. Until recently it was believed to be otherwise. I will provide the documented information and studies in a follow-up post.
