Yes, Marvel Entertainment and Lucasfilm are being spun off into independent companies by the end of 2015, so that Lucasfilm's properties and all our Marvel Comics comic book superheroes will be under license from Disney, Sony Pictures, and Hallmark under their joint-venture media division: "The Media Club"; In addition to graphic novel comic books featuring Marvel Comics superheroes, Marvel Comics will also publish numerous graphic novel comic books featuring the following properties that are in the style of Marvel Comics Universe: Lucasfilm's "Star Wars" and "Indiana Jones" franchises, Paul Fusco Productions' "ALF", Mattel's "Barbie", Hasbro's action-packed franchises, such Jim Henson Company franchises as those of "The Muppets" and "Fraggle Rock", Capcom's "Street Fighter", etc. which would start in 2017.
