"The DVD release has been officially cancelled by Warner Home Video for the time being."- according to Wikipedia under X-Men: Evolution, DVD realeases, Season 4. X-Men Evolution will begin airing on Disney XD in June, so maybe it might influence Warner Bros to realese season 4 on DVD.
