yes but most 96 engines had vortec heads and intake manifold which are way better and if its fuel injected you might have some driveability problems it will still run but might not run smoothly
i put a ct 70 motor in a atc 90. the ct 90\110 motors a vary similar so it should work just fine but i had to change the intake to the atc 90\110 intake. good luck

Not exactly sure but I have a 1979 LeMans with the 231 V6 and I believe the PCV to be a vertical silver-colored valve located at the back of the intake manifold below and behind the carburetor.
