NO it will not WORK... That truck must have the 4L80E transmission put in it DUE to the COMPUTOR That's in the 93 truck.
NO it will not. The wiring harness and the ECM / Engine controll module will not operate the 700R transmission. You must put the 4L60E trans. back in the 93 model.
That would be the 4L80E transmission.
The 1998 K2500 Suburban has a 44 gallon gas tank.
NO not even close. You must stay under the year of 1999
That would be a 4L80E
If it is an automatic then it will be the 4L80E in it. I'm not sure about the Manuel transmission type.
It depends on what motor was in the 94 and the 97...if they are the same motor then yes the tranny will fit if the 97 is a manual as well
I have both a 92 Chevy K2500 and a 98 k1500. The interior is exactly the same. Im not sure about the internals. But im 95% sure it will fit.
It needs the 4L80E transmission put back in it so the computer can do what it is supposed to do and the wiring harness will hook up to the transmission correctly.
at an auto parts store, when they ask for the vin code its the eigth letter in the vin number.
The C2500 is 2wd and k2500 is 4wd.
