Sometimes not at first because a narcissist likes drama and likes to be around special people in order to feel special vicariously. But if and when she becomes too much for him to deal with he will leave. A narcissist really needs submissive women. Women they can dominate and control and get "Narcissistic supply" from....at heart they are insecure cowards!
It means a strong girl or woman too.
Yeah, they are people too.
she is responsible, strong and independent
Your a jerk just for asking that. And it's half her vehicle too.
No a narcissist will always be a narcissist. Don't get involved, you are free now. Be thankful you have escaped the worse time in your life and can move on. the narcissist wil try to make it look and sound like he is so much better to her, because that will further his need to make you feel like you don't matter, if you did, you would have treated you well, too. in reality, he is treating her just as bad as he did you, and probably rubs you in her face, too!
Too much strong drink can leave you in an incapactated state.
It depends on what loss of control is at stake but whatever it is, the partner will eventually be devalued. It's all about him being in CONTROL. If he's a somatic narcissist and his sex domination worked in the beginning he may initially enjoy the reverse happening, however this won't last as he realises the loss of HIS sexual control. He will be on the lookout for a more attractive, sexually submissive woman who will bring him primary narcissistic supply and maintain the sexual omnipotence he desires. In terms of the cerebral narcissist, if the partner is older, he may find alternative supply in a younger, equally intelligent woman who will admire HIM for his knowledge. The partner will also end up being devalued in this process. She will be portrayed as too controlling, too pushy, too forward, too absorbed, - 'crazy' at times. My experience with the somatic narcissist is that they never hang around long enough with the same partner, or get close enough to allow their loss of control to occur. They keep you 'dangling'.They are ALWAYS on the look out for primary supply. Their commitment to the primary relationship is fleeting and as time progresses they become bored with the once idealised partner. When she realises she is being 'used' and asserts any control, the narcissist retreats and labels her as tiresome and demanding. The 'novelty' of the idealised woman doesnt take long to wear off.
A narcissist cannot show appreciation. A narcissist is a person who looks at themselves as higher than others, or believing they can do any task better than others, so for a narcissist to show appreciation would be very odd.
Because he's a narcissist. It's what he does. Likes himself... Also, he may be a tad too busy imagining how great he looked when he orgasmed...
It is possible if a woman is very strong. Depending on the man's size and weight could be a factor too, but yes- I do not see how it could not be possible.
yes through working too much or getting obsessed with things
Yes, sometimes a narcissist will contact their ex after a break up because the narcissist cannot imagine their ex with anyone else as the narcissist has a complex of being the greatest at everything including relationships and is ego maniacal.
