P155/80-R13P means it is a passenger tire. 155 is the aspect ratio measured sidewall to sidewall in millimeters. 80 is the height of the tire listed in the percentage of it's width. R means it is a radial tire. 13 is the diameter of the wheel in inches.
155 pounds per 4.2 ft cubed = 155/4.2 = 36.905 pounds per cubic foot.
You could if you had 1992, 1993 or 1994. 165/80/13 will be your best bet.
The 1991 Mazda 323 came equipped in two OEM tire sizes. Assuming the vehicle still has the original wheels the sizes were 155-13 and 175/70/13.
