∙ 2010-03-21 00:34:09It will physically bolt in--HOWEVER--the 3.8 uses a separate cam position sensor while the 3.3 incorporates it into a single sensor unit with the crank position sensor, so the wiring harness is different. Also--the computer calibration is different owing to the difference in displacement. Unless a donor car is available with the correct wiring and ECM/ECU and one has the knowledge to do this--it is NOT recommended.
