Do betta fish really eat other fish?

some beta fish are aggressive and will tend to attack other fish but depending one the environment you've had them in they wont. Like if they have been around other fish then no but if they were by themselves then yes

It really depends on what fish you got, I got 3 fishes in 3 separate 10 gallon tanks. My Blue Betta fish tries to eat my snail, my red, orange fish is playful in his tank but is curious about the snail and my fully red betta show fish does not attack it. So there you have it, it depends on the betta if it is TOO aggressive, it might try to eat it. By the way the snails in my tanks are used for cleaning up the poo they leave.

They cant eat other fish. But can kill other fish. If someone claims their fighting fish ate another fish, it is gibberish. They probberly did'nt feed it and it ate the corpse the killed. Kinda GrOsS.....................................................................

A clown fish is a saltwater fish, and a betta is a fresh water fish. I would not put them together.

No. Betta can only eat what will fit in their mouths...and bettas' mouths are tiny.
