No I don't think so... it can make your heart rate raise pretty high though... and i have noticed that if i cut myself when I've smoked, my blood somewhat looks like it has crystal in it. like sparkles and stuff...

It does not thin your blood, But like most stimulants it constricts your blood vessels.

Caffeine can cause high blood pressure and vein constriction. It is not said to be a blood thinner, though.

Yes it does which can lead to all sorts of complications such as DVT's, blood clots, breathlessness and heart attacks. People who use the drug should take aspirin daily to counter the affect.
