It won't hurt you, but most antibiotics don't affect the birth control pill, and the few that do would also affect the levonorgestrel morning after pill.
No. That won't decrease the effects of the antibiotic on the birth control's efficiency. The only safe way is to use alternative forms of birth control while taking the antibiotic and for at least two weeks after finishing the antibiotics. Don't have unprotected sex during that time because you are at an increased risk of pregnancy. What time you take the pills won't help that - sorry :)
Yes you can! Antibiotics reduce the effectiveness of the birth control pill. Many pregnancies have resulted in this way. Use a second form of birth control, such as a condom, while you are taking the antibiotic.
Yes. It's called "morning sickness."

No. If you need an antibiotic, see a doctor and get a prescription.
Taking the next birth control pill early does not impact effectiveness. Taking it late may.
To stop infection
Because after you have finished the series of the antibiotic you are taking, the antibiotic is still working for about 3 to 5 days after you have taken you last pill.
Someone might be taking a lower dose antibiotic because too much of anything can, and will, be damaging. And it could be because, if it were prescription, the doctor didn't see it fit ti prescribe the higher dosage. But there are many more possible reasons than these two.

an antibiotic should not stop your menses, unless you are allergic to it. Antibiotics DO alter the effectiveness of birth control pills- i.e., makes them LESS effective. So while taking an antibiotic, and for about two weeks after completing the prescription, one should also use an additional method of birth control
