if you're on the pill it will increase the size of you breasts, but taking oestogen simply for this reason is pointless. The pill obviously has good side effects, but it also increases your risks of breast cancer, nad can raise your blood pressure. But in simple terms, yes it can. but ony by a cup size at most.

There are also dangers of other medical complications, however, such as type 2 Diabetes and an enlarged prostate. Men should only take such hormones with the supervision of a doctor.
