It doesn't come off completely, but it might fade a little bit. If you have lots and lots of paint in one area then i would set it to gentle wash just to take precautions. But before you wash, make sure the shirt or piece of clothing is dried completely, usually 48-60 hours (2-3 days)
The bottle claims that Puffy Paint is not toxic. This is however if the paint is used for the proper purpose.

Puffy paint is designed to decorate fabric, so it is hard to get it out of fabrics. If you get it on your clothes while crafting, immediately wipe it off with a clean, dry paper towel, and then rinse it until the paint is gone. Once the paint is dried you may not be able to get the stain out, start by peeling off the puffy-part, then pretreat the stain and wash.

If it is fabric paint by Tulip (aka Puffy Paint) then no. Wash away and stilll expect the glow!!
Puffy face can refer to drinkers who consume too much hard alcohol on a regular basis. The faces of these folks become puffy, the nose red and the complexion ruddy.

You get that puffy glue or whatever its like fabric glue and just draw on your flip flops or paint them then let them dry! (btw you can buy this at Walmart in the arts and crafts stuff!) GLAD I COULD HELP!
