To be honest, I don't think Sasuke actually loved Karin. That would be way too strong a word. I don't think he actually hated her either, though, otherwise he wouldn't of let her on her team and/or would of killed her. I believe in the beginning, he did in fact let her join the Hebi simply because of her amazing healing powers (the bite thing) and her extraordinary sensor-ninja abilities. Other than that, he was indifferent towards her. But, to me, it looks like he may of seen her more than an ally; not a lover, but somewhere in between friend and, well, possibly, romantic affection (but nothing big, this is Sasuke we're talking about).
Regarding that, afterwards, as in, during the Sasuke vs Danzo fight, we all know how Danzo comes up and grabs Karin, using her as a shield from Sasuke. We all know that he does indeed strike her with his chidori, something that DID kill Danzo, but not Karin (Sorry Karin haters). This moment, to me, was very interesting.

He tried to stab Karin to get to Danzo. Then she asked Sasuke what he thinks of her. And he said he thinks of her as nothing. So Karin eventually didn't like Sasuke anymore and joined with the Hidden Leaf. In the beginning when sasuke went to recruite Karin on his team, he told her that he was using her for her abilities to sense chakra and nothing more. Also, Yes he stabbed Karin while he was fighting Danzo because she was in the way and he said,"Karin...you're nothing but a burden to me if you can be taken hostage." So after he stabbed her he left her for dead until the leaf shinobi got there. ok its tru that sasuke doesnt like karin but it AINT TRUE that karins joins the hidden leaf. whoever answered that question so didnt read or watch naruto. a tip for the person who answered that question try to make more sense about Karin joining the hidden leaf. n i mean the person who answered first.

I have read as far as the manga goes online, so up to 478, I believe, and so far no. Karin is watching from the sidelines as usual as Sasuke fights. She tried to help him but got kicked away with no effort. She is proving to not even know how to fight. Sakura, is on her way to where Sasuke is now, so if they did fight it would happen soon but I doubt it will be much of a match if Karin really is as weak as she's being portrayed right now. But who knows.
