the bolt patterns on the 318 and a 360 are the same. so as long as you can "fit" the transmission behind it, in essence, yes. but do your dimensional analysis either way. and consider the t-case and driveline.
no a dodge 318 is internaly balanced and a dodge 360 is externaly balanced the converter, hermonic balancer and the flywheel are not enterchangeable
depends if its a 5.2 318 or the 5.9 360 but its a dodge itl pull but everyone has their opinion about dodge, i dont see many problems with them at all.
