Will the transmission from a 1985 S10 4 speed manual with a 4 cylinder fit in a 1989 S10 5 speed with a 4 cylinder?

There is about a 1 1/2" difference in the location of the tranny mount. You will need to modify the Cross member which holds this mount. Other than that it will fit.

I believe its Dexron ATF fluid. Check the owners manual if you have one.

The adjustments are pretty obvious on the the top of the transmission under the air intake and exhaust plumbing.
