Yes, Eoin Colfer promised that he would make another book about Artemis Fowl, although Artemis Fowl and the Time Paradox could be the latest book in the series for two years.
The one after the time paradox does not come out until July 20th.

∙ 15y agoThe Time Paradox will be out very soon. It is rumored that it may be the last book in the series, although Colfer hasn't specifically said so. *It was originally released in America this July 2008, and was recently released in the Philippines. (more specifically this September)

∙ 13y agoThe Atlantis Complex is the seventh in the series, and the latest (as of December 2010) but there are two graphic novels out as well as the Artemis Fowl Files, but it looks like that book isn't part of the official series, although it does have short stories and other guides that assist readers of the series. So, it depends on how you look at it. There are 10 books, but only 7 in the official series.
