Yes it will work, you need an adapter from SAKAL for electricity, it costs around $50. One problem you will face is the games, the games in Israel sold as PAL, while US xbox version is NTSC, so if you are gonna buy games in Israel make sure to ask if it is PAL or NTSC. There are some small stores, that offers to get you the NTSC version, but it might take 3 days to a week to get to your house.
I hope that's helpful, because i have Xbox 360 from the USA, i still play on it, and get NTSC games for it from specific stores, but one down turn, Netflix and buying movies or renting is not available because ur IP address is Israel :/
