Yes you will. You will probaly lose your permit (of course) but you will probaly have to wait even longer to get your license. If you are in a accident while driving with only your permit your parents will probaly be sued.
Your permit can be suspended for several months and you will also have that black mark on your record which means you won't be considered as liable to be let off easy for later traffic offenses (speeding tickets, etc.).
In most states the requirement is that an adult must be present for a person that holds a permit to drive. The reason is that, in these instances, the young person is a learner, so s/he is under instruction when s/he has a permit. Presumably the adult is instructing, so an adult must be present at all times when the learner is behind the wheel.
new person here
I don't know the laws in all states but in Texas you can receive a hardship license that would allow you to drive if you could prove your parents couldn't dive you, help you learn, ect. but I hear there very hard to get you parents have to be blind of something.
All learner's licenses require a person of at least a minimum age - often either 18 or 21, depending on the country - or somebody who has held a full license for at least a minimum period, typically at least two years, and must also be of minimum age - often 18 in this case - to be in the vehicle at all times with the learner.
if your 15 1/2 can you practice driving if a parent is in the car with you?
if you get pulled over you can go to jail
Yes you can drive without an adult with a permit in Colorado. But it is not allowed for someone with a permit to drive without an adult 21 years or older after ten p.m. at night. --------
You have to have an adult in the passenger seat for you to drive on a permit. You have to have an adult in the passenger seat for you to drive on a permit.
If you have a Utah driving permit you cannot drive anywhere without an adult age 18 or older in the front passenger seat. If you do have an adult in the front passenger seat, you can drive wherever you want.
No, you can not drive alone when you have an adult instruction permit in Colorado. You will have to have a parent or other licensed adult in the car with you.
No, you must have an adult in the car with you.
If you have no license, you will be charged and prosecuted for that, i.e. "driving without a valid license or permit to drive". If another person is also in the vehicle, you will be charged with "carrying passengers without a valid license" (or the equivalent in your area). If you do not have a license, you are not allowed to drive. There is very little excuse for doing otherwise.
No. Most states require at least a permit.
