Will you need to take a test once you have completed your education in becoming a realtor?
I know that MD does, because I had to take one. I believe that every state has a real estate exam in order to become a realtor.
Depending on your preference, you dont techinically need a formal education, however, you do need a qualifying realtor license education. Depending on the state qualifications, you just need a diploma, 90 hours training, plus selling experience (within reason after you start learning) and the rest is on you to work toward your qualifying experience. College is to assure your economic sense is there for the business. You will need to attend an accredited realtor training…
Each state has their own educational requirements for becoming a realtor and it is necessary to determine which specific requirements your state demands. There are approximately 200 hours of classroom study required prior to taking the real estate exam. Courses such as Principles of Real Estate and Real Estate Finance are examples of the subjects needed. After successfully completing your course work you then need to submit an application for license.
