I'm assuming that by saying "smoke every day" you mean you smoke every day and have been for quite a while. If that is the case and you have a mouth swab test any time in the next month to as long as maybe a month an a half you are garunteed to fail. Four days is nowhere near enough time for your body to metabolize and excrete all the THC in your body in time for a mouth swab test any time soon. There is no way to dilute your siliva in your mouth to pass this kind of test.

There are ways to speed up your body's metabolism. A lot of cardio exercises that elevate your heart rate and keep it up for a long time and cause profuse sweating will help. Stay away from soda and food high in fat and stay hydrated. Drinking excessive amounts of water to try and "flush" the THC from your body is a myth. this tastes horrible but it does work, go to your local food store or Walmart and by a product called sure gel its made for making homemade jams and jellies, so it is safe to consume it will give you a 24hr gap for a drug test. To use it mix the entire pack with water (the ratios will be on the box) and drink ALL OF IT. You can add sugar to make it taste a little more bearable but it will make it harder to drink. also heavy exercise helps as well
