Will a C32 Type II engine fit in a '95 Legend? Yep. Just make sure you get a Type II ECU for your specific transmission(I think all SE's were automatic but I'm not totally sure on that) and you should be alright. You should consider upgrading to the revised gauges on the Type II cars as well; higher redline tach and 160MPH speedometer.
