It depends……….you dont get any specific quests at that level. You get your storyline quests as soon as you finish the last one. Side quests you pick up on the way. You unlock side quests by completing up to a certain point in the storyline. So its not about lvl……….. of course you get lvl specific quests like going to side worlds (grizzlehilm at lvl 20, Wintertusk at lvl 50, Wysteria at lvl 25) and spell quests (lvl 35, 7, 55, 48, 58, 68, 70,72,75,78,80, and many more)

I know how you feel. I don't think there are anymore quests without buying a place, or buying membership.
you have to be in about 11 or up
The highest would probably be 11. You can get higher by doing battles though.

Yes, there are hundreds of quests for level 11 and up. On level 20, you go to Olde Town and talk to the bear with the floating sailboat. He'll take you to Grizzleheim and you'll get new quests there.
First of all things, what level are you? Are you a member or crown member? Level 1-10 (Not member or CM): Do your quests, then fight Bosses like kraken or harvest lord or the bone guy. Level 1-50 (Members or CM ONLY!!): Do your quests, then continue until you ran out of crowns or no more subscription, then go to areas that's ALLOWED. Level 11-20 (Not members or CM): Nothing to do? Go to Nightshade or Foulgrave. (Don't got the key?) Ask a friend then. Level 21-30 (Not members or CM): Bored? Do some other wizard if you like. Go try Cyclops Lane or Firecat Alley, it should be able to be free access. Keep trying. Level 31- 40: (Not members or CM) Go shopping for clothes or something. Do some fighting. Level 41-50: (Not members or CM) GO to the arena! Go fight some.

Redridge Mountains is one of the low-level zones in World of Warcraft, and can be reached by travelling East from Stormwind and Elwynn Forest, the starting area of the Humans. This zone is about level 11-20 in nature, and quests in this area seem to focus around an infestation of Blackrock Orcs and the threat of an insane wizard and his Gnoll minions.
umm... you need to be a subscriber to get quests now
