Not very easily. You can put almost any engine in any vehicle with enough work and modifications. My question is WHY? Probably with a lot of work but doing so would disturb the weight distribution and also would be pointless considering the VG30DETT (when rebuilt) can easily genrate more horsepower than a naturally aspirated 350. I have seen a 91 300ZX dyno hat 560+ hp.
where is the computer hook up on a 1995 300zx <<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>> LOOK UNDER THE DASH ON THE DRIVERS SIDE ABOUT WHERE THE LEFT KNEE WOULD BE.
Low coolant? Control cable not adjusted properly Bad thermostat?
Lining worn to to improper use? Rear engine seal leaking on clutch? Improper adjustment?
Go to www.CarGrus.com and download you a repair manual. Your question would require extensive knowledge and multi pages of an answer.
Anything is possible with enough money. I think it would be many, many thousands of dollars, though. Like, at least $50000.
No. Not without custom brackets. If your gonna put Z32 seats in a Z31 I would spend the money on a nice Recaro racing seat, or other aftermarket seat. Good quality company's like Recaro will make the brackets for the seat to bolt right in. And they look good too.
The most probable cause is that the clutch is either not releasing; master/slave cylinder not working, or the clutch itself is damaged.
faulty hdlmp switch
There are several things that can cause your 1993 Nissan 300 to idle rough. The most common cause is dirty spark plugs. Bad spark plug wires can also cause the problem.
It depends how much you want to spend i would get a Nissan 300zx, Nissan skyline, Toyota supra or Honda integra. If u got more money even a BMW z3 or Nissan 300zx or Honda s2000 I you want a family car you should get a: Audi A4 BMW 1 series. The Honda Accord , 4 cylinder , is highly recommended year after year by Consumer Reports for reliability and cost of operation.
my 1990 300zx is idling rough what could cause this?
For under 3500 bucks the top ten cars would be Nissan 300zx, Lincoln town car, ford crown Victoria,
normally you would do a normal maint. at 60k miles which would involve changing the bet water pump pullyst things like that, and then another of the same at 120K.
They're all the same from 90-96, you're golden
300zx without a doubt. 3000gt are nice but no competition with the z32
It was probably not replaced right. Did you test it first? Also check the fuel pump relay.
I dont know why anyone would want to do that but it has been done before. Just make sure the bolt holes line up with your head gasket and do the same with the bolt pattern on the the block. Your engine wont run like a true 400 sb
only on the 2+2 models (NA) models. twin turbo models were 2 seats......if you you wanted a 4 seat twin turbo it would have to come directly from japan
depends on how much you are willing to spend, i would definilty consider swapping the older motor for a newer 89-92 300zx motor that already has twin turbos and are easy to work on. it you want to stay with the stock motor, you will have to first off get a custom turbo manifold, piping and intercooler.
no, the 2+2 has a longer door.
In my sons 1993 300zx there is an electric accuator located behind the door handle, his was broken, need to remove door panel to acsess. In my 300zx, there are 2 cheap plastic black pieces connecting a set of 2 metal rods (one going to the back of the door and one going into the door handle/power) You have to disassemble the door to get to it, try replacing that if it's broken or not even there.
Depends on where you live. This is a major repair and is expensive. I would guess from $300 at a minimum, if nothing needs replacing except the gasket. If the head is cracked or wrapped, then it will cost more.
Prices for the Car You Are Most Likely Wishing to Sell Is in the Range of £2,300 - £4,800. if You Are Looking for a Quick Sale for Example It Is Suggested That You Do Not Sell for a Price That You Would Personally Make You Think Twice About.
You would always want to have your tach in a very easy to see place. I have seen many mounted on the left window molding. They do make a gauge mount that replaces the original factory molding.
It would depend on the trim you got. there are 6 different enignes/engine trims that Nissan decided to put into this car. TT is going to clearly have more hp. Good taste in cars btw.
