No, the flasher relay has nothing to do with starting the vehicle. It only controls the flash of the directional lights.
wont start
Replace the flasher or blinker relay. Depending on vehicle it's under the dash, in the fusebox or somewhere close to it.
The Blinker relay is shot, You can get a replacement one for like $3 at your local autozone.
no but if you dont check your blinker fluid your car wont start! TRUE STORY!!!!!!!!
Try the blinker relay. My brother has a Honda that did the same thing and that's all it was. Should be just a plug in relay switch.
i dont have no power to my starter solinode wont start its a 1985 camero

The ECM will not power the PGM-FI main relay (Fuel pump relay) after it detects an accident.
u cant once u remove the chime or the relay the immobilizer will stop functioning and u dont wont that because your car wont start. please recoomend me if this helps
try the fuel pump relay in the engine bay. check wiring schematic for locations. swap with a/c relay or other same style relay to rule out a bad relay.
if it is broken then take it in to the shop
have you checked the relay on the starter? and check the wire that runs from the started relay to the starter.
