if your account is locked then nobody can see what you posted. if someone wants to follow you and if accept it then they can see what you post cause they are following you.
no one can see your timline but you and the only people who can see you tweet when your accont is locked is your followers.
I dont know but if it was my guess i'd say it would be locked forever.
Because the twitter people thinks you either forgot your password or you forgot about it
You would have to ask cookiedough211 why their account is locked. Nobody on wiki answers can answer that question unless they know that person or unless cookiedough211 is a member of wiki answers. But i don't know that person so you'll either have to wait for another reply, or ask cookiedough211 yourself.
There are people out there that give accounts away, but remember that theres always that small chance of getting a locked account. I suggest you make an account and spend your own time growing it.
This would be an opinion question. I like Fred; others may hate him. It has been locked to prevent a dispute.
Are you actually asking how you can hack into someone's account?? =/
To the best of my understanding, an alternate timeline is what the world would look like if a historical event had changed, however an alternate timeline does not actually exist other than in theory. A parallel world, if it existed would essentially be the physical representation of an alternate timeline with real ontological existence.
from what ive heard no they are not illegal, but they should be.How would you like it if you were locked inside a cage filled with a bunch of others with no room no food or water

They're actually called "replies", "mentions", along with "@replies." (At replies.) Mentioning another Twitter user is very simple. All you have to do is use @TwitterUsername, to mention the person. If you use a mention at the beginning of a tweet, it will not show up in the timeline of your followers. However, if you were to place it anywhere else in a tweet, others would be able to see it in their timeline.
it either means you did some thing that was not appropriate while playing buildabearville or some one thought it would be funny to report you for no reason.
