That would depend on which heater model.

The thermocouple only keeps the pilot light. Temp sensor, gas valve, high limit switch, safety switch, thermostat, would cause burner not to stay lite. Better to post MFG,model, problem. lenox, model #, ______________________________

The year, make and model info would help but generally the heater blower motor resister is located close by the heater blower motor.

Not knowing what year, make and model you have, I would suspect the heater fan switch and or electrical plug to the switch is at fault.

It could, but your car may have a second thermostat for the heater coil for the interior of the vehicle. A service manual for your model may be available at your local library, or auto parts store. Also a problem directly with the heater coil itself could cause it. If your car is not overheating, it probably is not the water pump.

Unless there is something unusual about your specific model, the only place you would have coolant inside the passenger cab is in the heater core. The quickest check would be to connect the two heater hoses together inside the enngine compartment to bypass the heater core all together. If the leak stops you need to replace or repair the heater core.

With the vehicle warmed up and the heater on, grab and feel the two heater hoses. If only one is hot, you've got blockage either in the lines or in the heater core itself. If both are hot, the problem is going to be your blend door.

It is unlikely for there to be a leak that will cause any fluid to accumulate on the floor behind the driver's seat in any vehicle. The most likely cause for the accumulation of antifreeze is a spill. Some vehicles such as some vans and buses have rear heaters. If there is a rear heater close by the puddle, you may have a leaky heater core. More info such as the year, make and model vehicle would help us answer that question better.

in order to do that you have to remove the dash & all the lines going to the core i have a 90 model i just had some1 else do it cause its a ruff job!!!!
