of course they can, it doesnt mean that if you dont have the same blood type as your siblings, your adopted or something. if your parent's blood types differ from each other there is a huge tendency that the sibling's blood types are different from each other. for exaple your father is a heterozygous A while your mother is a heterozygous B.. their children's blood types can be AB, and an O can also be one of the possiblities.. if its too complicated to understand then you can just learn it from your genetic lessons in Biology..

Brothers and sisters do not necessarily have the same blood type.

First, there are four blood types: A, B, AB, and O. But, each of these blood types has two elements, just as AB does. Blood type A is either AA or AO. Blood type B is either BB or BO. Blood type O can only be OO. Each parent contributes a part.

Suppose one parent is an AO and one parent is a BO. There is a 25% chance of a child with type A, a 25% chance of a child with type B, a 25% chance of a child with type AB, and a 25% chance of a child with type O.

__|_A__O_

B | AB BO

O | AO OO

If both parents are type O, all their children should be type O. If both parents are type AA, all their children should be type AA. If both parents are type BB, all their children should be type BB. If one parent is type AA and the other is type BB, all their children should be AB.

I have included a link below to a web page showing the blood type charts for parents and their children, which shows what blood types the children might be depending on the parents' blood types.

They can, but there is a low chance due to the crosses between parents. It depends what type of blood the parents have. For example, if 2 parents with type O blood produce children, there will be a 100% chance that their children will have type O bood.

Yes, it's possible for three siblings to have different blood types and share both parents. For instance, parents who are heterozygous type A+ and B+ may have children of any blood type.

No because different parents can have different blood types and as a result the blood type of the children is uncertain.

Not necessarily since blood type is a result of inherited genes from both parents and a sibling can have a different set of blood genotypes from these parents.

Siblings do not automatically have the same blood type. There may be many different blood types among siblings depending on the genotype of the parents.

What blood type our children will have if both parents o neg?

Generally speaking, from what I've learned it Biology, is that more than likely, your children will have the same blood type, because O is a dominant trait. Now in order to get a better understanding of what blood type they would have, you need to know the blood types of your parents, and a little chart can be drawn, and it would basically tell you what blood type your children would have. But I'm pretty sure they will be type O.

Can 2 type o blood types have a blood type a child?

Parents of blood type O can only have children with blood type O. Because type O is recessive, you know that the parents are homozygous O.

Is there a posibility to have a child that is blood type -A A couple who are blood type B and blood type O?

No. It is not possible for a child to have A if the parents are O blood type. If both parents have type O blood, then their children will also have type O blood. However, two parents with type A or type B blood (both the same or one of each) can sometimes have a child with type O blood. That is because the gene for type O blood is recessive. But they must carry the O type. However, two parents with type AB blood can have a child with type A, type B, or type AB blood, but cannot have a child with type O blood.

Do children have the same blood type as their parent(s)?

More often than not, children share blood types with their parents. However, blood type is determined by two parts of a gene: one from each parent. So while two parents who are both type A blood have mostly type A children, they can also have children with type O blood.

If both parents are blood type o is it possible for their child to have a blood type a positive?

No, two type O parents can only have type O children. See the table below from www.dna-bioscience.co.uk/did_you_know_abo.shtml If you look at the row for mother's blood type O where it intersects with the column for father's blood type O, you will see that the child's blood type must be O. For the child to be Rh+, only one of the parents has to be Rh+.

Should children have same blood type as parents?

No. Often a child can have a completely different blood type from their parents or even the same. It really depends on their genetics. Some combinations of parents are unable to get children with certain blood types - assuming no mutations occur.Regarding the AB0-system:If both parents have blood type 0, all their children will have blood type 0.If both parents have blood type A, no children will have blood type B or AB.If both parents have blood type B, no children will have blood type A or AB.If both parents have blood type AB, no children will have blood type 0.Of course you can be more specific if you know the parents' genes.

Do your children have to have same blood as you?

No - children do not have to have the same blood type as the parents. For example, if one parent has blood type A and the other has blood type AB, the child might have A, B or AB blood types. (For the child to have B, the parent with blood type A would need to be heterozygous, Ao)

Can a child with b negative blood have parents with o positive?

Only if he's adopted. Parents with a + blood type can have children with a - blood type, but parents with an O bloodtypes can only have O type children together.

Can parents with o blood type to have a child with b blood type?

If both parents are type O blood they will only have type O children

What are the Sideeffects on children if parents have same blood group O?

There is no problem for two parents having the same blood type to get married, it's just because both of them have the ( O blood type ) all the children will be ( O type ). Could two parents that have blood type A have children with blood type O?

No, unless they adopt.

Will parents with a positive blood type have children with a positive blood type?

There is 50% that children will be of negative blood type if parents are heterozygous positive. 25% if one parent is homozygous and other heterozygous. 0% if both homozygous.
