If the vehicle inside and out is in good condition, then it may be wise to install a new motor- either having the original rebuilt, or buying a new long block. I agree with this also. I would rather spend the money for motor than get into another car payment. Also have the tranny checked if it has a lot of mileage on it. This would be cheaper to put in a new or rebuilt tranny than have to pull the motor again to change it. Good luck.
Not directly, this swap will take A LOT of modification to work. You would NOT want to use the original transmission with the newer 5.0 motor. You would at least want to put the newer model transmission to go with the newer model motor. Either way it will take A LOT of modification to achieve this swap.
yes it just would be newer yes it just would be newer
50 if its original model, 90 if its a newer model
third would be less glitchy and have newer accesories because it is a newer model.
what model organ ls newer stardust or grande royal
there are alot of newer vehicles that do this and it is perfectly normal.it keeps running to safely cool the engine slowly thus increasing the life of the engine
In a Ford Expedition : 1997 to 2000 model years ( 5W-30 ) 2001 and newer ( 5W-20 )
What why would you want to put an older motor into a newer car? And are you sure this is from a 1991 sounds like a 1992 motor.
A late model is a newer car ( as of late ).
It depends on the year model. The motor could be a V-6 to a V-8 ranging from 305 to 454 for the V-8 but i would have to say the most common newer models have the 5.3 which is a very strong motor. Some of the older models even had a straight 6. I know i am leaving out some motors but these are the most common
it really depends on what year model you have. 97 and older with the motor off should be 35 to 45 psi. 98 and newer models you can check with the motor on or off and its 47 to 63 psi
No it will not work.
That would depend on what model year it is , the newer Ford Focus models use a timing chain
The C6 is definitely a better choice because it is a newer model and has newer technology.
The ford model T was the first version of the massed produced ford car. the model A was the newer more improved version it used a 3 speed sliding gear manual transmission. it used a 3.3l 4 cylinder 201 cibic inches. this motor is the performance version of the model T 4 cylinder. the model a was a luxery model.
Can you put a 1990's 350 motor in a 1979 elcamino if you changed it to carberation, but would there be a fuel pump issue as to the newer motor ,not having a manual fuel pump
The Kawasaki Kx 85cc is a newer model of modern motorcycle and off road vehicle and can be bought at many Kawasaki licensed motor vehicle dealerships.
Yes i will. ok but if i had to choose i would choose the 580 over the 560 since it is a newer model.
When a newer model debuts, it will not affect the price of an etrex legend. do not worry about it, it definitely won't affect the price of an etrex legend.
John L Sullivan says the same motor goes into 2001 up to 2008.... But Does that Mean that the motors will go in to same pattern?
I would suspect the fuel pump is bad.
Depending on what type of phone you have it might be better to trade in your old phone for a newer model. Most telephone or cell companies offer the trade in to upgrade to a newer model.
I am in Nevada and the law here is that to swap an engine, say for your 1993 you can swap any engine in as long as it is a (same model year or newer) 1993 or newer engine. hope this helps
nooit depends on the make & model, some newer cars have anti theft on doors.
