You are about 3 weeks pregnant you have just had really bad cramps but today you feel ok just really tired you have taken another test and it came back positive are you ok?

You can make an appointment for ultrasound if you want because even if you had a miscarriage the test would show positive since it takes time for the body to settle the hormones. The best thing is to call your doctor on Monday and hear what she says. At 3 weeks and you loose it then, there is nothing they can do.

It is more than likely that what you experienced was implantation bleeding. Meaning that you are indeed pregnant. No matter how faint or dark that second line is, it is usually a very good indication that you are pregnant. -Good luck (and congratulations if you were trying to get pregnant <3)

It's possible you could be pregnant if your having cramps. But cramps also come with your period. Oh, and, yes if you were pregnant, being a heavy drinker and smoker, it could really, really harm your baby. Even more so since your a teenager. Hope this helps you. ~God bless you!~
