Yes, it is possible....BUT not likely. Chances are that other factors are contributing to your late cycle such as stress or anxiety...or it is simply off balance for whatever reason. USUALLY a negative pregnancy test should be trusted. However, you know your body better than anyone and if you think you may be pregnant then you need consult a doctor!!! It is always possible!

∙ 16y agoYes! It is very possible to have a false negative pregnancy test. I would test again after a couple of days. However, you might just be late, so don't get your hopes up too high.
