This would depend on a lot of different factors, but a late period on its own does not necessarily mean you are pregnant. It is quite normal to get period pains a few days before you actually start bleeding so this is nothing to worry about either. If you have recently had unprotected sex then there is always a possibility that you are pregnant and the best way of finding this out is to take a pregnancy test. However, a late or irregular period is quite common in all women so this on its own is nothing to worry about.
