When you are pregnant and your uterus starts to expand it can cause some cramplike discomfort, both in your abdomen and your lower back. I spent the entire first trimester of both of my pregnancies with menstrual-like cramps, and everything was fine. Usually unless the pain is severe or there is bleeding there is nothing to worry about. As always, it is a good idea to talk to your doctor if you are concerned. Good luck with your pregnancy!
no he actually has to be inside of you for you to get pregnant
It's definitely possible, but more than likely you're just bloated. If you're worried, however, ask a doctor.
definately. I would get tested asap as if your not, this will ease your mind and once your relaxed, the symptoms will fade. Otherwise, it might be something else that your doctor can diagnose. If it determines your not pregnant, then ask what else could be the case.
Pregnancy symptoms and PMS symptoms overlap one another so much it's ridiculous. If you are worried that you may be pregnant, you need to take a home pregnancy test. If you have had sex without the use of protection, you could be pregnant. It does not matter what time of the month it is for you. Even if you did use protection, there is still a small chance you could get pregnant. If you are pregnant, the brown spotting is likely implantation bleeding. The stomach cramping due to your uterus preparing, and the backache is probably uterine related also. But, cramping, backaches, and spotting are also PMS symptoms. Take a pregnancy test.
Your question is what? If nothing happened how did you have sex? You haven't had it in 3 or 4 months? What are you worried about? You're male and were expecting to get pregnant? Clearer questions please.
Probably not, but test if you are worried.

Depends if you want to be pregnant. If not you should be worried...
A tilted cervix is usually nothing to be worried about but it means that yours does not sit straight up, it tilts towards your back. Even with a tilted cervix, you should not have trouble getting pregnant.
I'd be worried if you remained on the pill if you were pregnant. But if you are one the pill and a condom is in use, then 99.9% of the time you wouldn't get pregnant.
Certainly you can. Especially if you're worried that you really might be pregnant.
