Is it normel to be 4 weeks pregnant with no symptoms?

IM THE ONE THAT ASKED THE QUESTION..BUT I DIDNT KNOW HOW TO ADD THIS ONE

SO THESE ARE MY SYMTPOMS:

MY SYMPTOMS ARE..runny nose,lots of snot in the throat casuin me to spit it out. mild heartburn,i have had breast reduction and my breats are naturally kinda numb feeling so i cant tell if they are very sore or not. but my nipples feel sore and they have gotten a bit darker around them. headaches, i wake up at 3-5 every night needing to go to the bathroom then cant sleep. gassy.i cramp every now and then. a few times it was on my right side only for a day though. now its more on my left and sumtimes its even in my midsections of my left side. i bled brownish very LIGHTLY after and orgasim for 3 days. i was told it was ok and normal. it was super light if i wanted to i proly could have wore one pad the whole three days and it would have barely used any space. when i eat i feel like my food stays in my throat. alot of food i liked at one point just diguists me now. BUT NO MORNING SICKNESS?....thats waht i am concerned about..please help ..i posted this one my discussion page to this question cuz i dont realy know how to work all of this..please help me. i feel so un normal bout my symptoms

It's hard to believe, but there have been reports of women giving birth and claim they didn't know they were pregnate!! I'm no medical pro, but I would think you will probably have some symptoms that will lead you to suspect you are prego!

its lucky, but there are probably no "no signs" your breasts are probably swelling, and you are starting to gain weight. you are also probably feeling symptoms of iron deficency, like fatigue, or headaches

Nobody is "normal" and most pregnancy symptoms don't kick in until around week 9-11. You might not have sore breasts or fatigue, and some women never get morning sickness, lucky!
