turn up the water pressure
Tear the dash out. It may be clogged. Try applying water pressure to the hoses coming of your firewall.
It depends on how long a person spends washing their car. When using a self-service car wash with high pressure hoses, the amount of water used is about 3.5 gallons per minute. Washing a car without high pressure hoses uses about 8 gallons per minute.

Water pressure increases as you go deeper.
To change the belt on a GE profile washer, remove the back panel with a nut drive or a screwdriver. Turn off the water faucets and disconnect the water hoses. Then remove the old belt and replace with a new one. Reconnect the water hoses, put the back on, and turn on the water.
The screen in the end of the spout is probably clogged.
Most of the newer kitchen faucets have "flow restrictors" to limit water use.

Pressure doesn't change when you change substance, 120 PSI in water equals 120 PSI in air.
Actually if car is not running hot and temp gauge is staying within range then car is probably fine. I've seen a few that didn't have a lot of pressure on hoses because the flow of coolant was just that good. If you have too much pressure on a hose then you may need to worry.
The water produces hydrostatic pressure
