Yes, you can feel sick when you're tired and that's because with lack of rest or sleep, the brain gives off false signals that tell you you're not feeling well. Lack of sleep can make you feel disorintated and out of sorts; therefore good sleep or taking a nap might help to make you feel better. Try taking a brief nap--a half hour to an hour--and then see how you feel. Most likely, you will feel much better...

Your body feels tired when it needs to. What I mean by that is, if you stay up one night-all night for an example, eventually in the morning, your body would feel tired. It needs sleep. Some people suffer with insomnia because they are deprived from getting sleep. Either you sleep in the day or night, but if you don't get enough the truth is your body will break down as a result, AND if you are a kid that goes to a public/private school you need sleep too. Otherwise, your grades will steadily go downhill. To concentrate you need sleep, so get plenty of it! (but not too much!)

I believe you get tired when you are ill because your body is busy fighting off the virus or other sickness that you have. I have proof of this statement because when someone is infected with a disease of some sort, their bodies don't react like they do to colds or viruses. Therefore, tiredness when you are ill is naturally caused by your body's immune system fighting off your sickness.

You are experiencing just that, your body fighting an illness. Your body uses alot of energy to fight off infections and illnesses, that's why you should get lots of rest and eat healthy foods and vitamins.
