Ask yourself what the regret you are feeling is based on. Perhaps you are feeling lonely; or you might be jealous that he has moved on. If what you are feeling is true love, then confess this to him to avoid regretting your silence in the future. If the feeling is mutual, you two can build a relationship from there, if not -indulge in soppy movies, a tub of ice cream, and get over him.
