Yep! It's called a scofflaw.
It may largely depend upon whether you pay the Delaware ticket. If you don't pay such ticket, information will be sent to the state in which you have a drivers license, which will cause that state to suspend your license until the Delaware license is taken care of.
You have to pay the ticket or NY will have GA suspend your license.
Yes Oregon will report the ticket to North Carolina and if the ticket is 15 mph or more over the speed limit North Carolina will suspend your North Carolina drivers license.

It depends. If you get a ticket in Washington and do not pay, WA will notify your home state and then your home state will suspend your license. Any tickets you receive in WA will normally be reported to your home state and treated in accordance with the point system in your home state. WA can suspend your right to drive in their state even if you have a valid drivers license from another state.

They will usually suspend your license and issue a warrant for your arrest.
Florida will notify Oregon to suspend your license
In most cases, yes. Most states are members of the Interstate Drivers License Compact, where each state where a non-resident is cited or arrested agrees to notify the violator's home state of the violation. If the violation would suspend a drivers license in the state where it occurs, the violator's home state is supposed to suspend the license, as well. The only states that do not subscribe to the Interstate Drivers License Compact are Alaska, California, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
I don't believe the DMV suspends license, A police officer gives you a ticket, your go to court, and the judge will suspend your license for a time or forever, or put you in driving school. Of course if you can convince the officer that you just left them at home, he/she might let you off with a warning. Good Luck!
