You had a tubal clamping about 2 years ago but I have not missed a period and for the last 4 days you have beening very sick every time your stomach gets empty could this be a sign of pregnancy?

It is possible to get pregnant after a tubal but with your symptoms, the only way to find out for sure, is to take a test.
