Very high. Both products contain acetaminophen, which is a rare allergy, but possible. Vicodin contains hydrocodone and percocet contains Oxycodone -- two different yet very similar compounds. Unless you are tested and the test shows otherwise, you are wise to assume if you're allergic to one, you are likely to be to the other.

Benadryl is a good choice and any other antihistamine will help. Keep in mind that a reaction codeine or to any narcotic is like an allergy (itching, hives, etc) is really a side effect. Narcotics will cause direct histamine release from the Allergy cells(Mast cells) For this reason Vicodin (Hydrocodone) most probably will also cause the same reaction.
