Its most likely a dealer set code telling you you need a tune-up or some other form of regular maintenance. The only way to find out for sure is to take it to a dealer and pay too much money to have it checked. Some codes are programed into the computer to come up at certain mileages and are scrambled by the dealer so it can only be read by their diagnostics reader.
