Cramping is normal during pregnancy and could persist. It could also be a sign that the baby is in distress or that you are having false labor pains. You should go get an ultrasound to make sure that the baby isn't in distress. If the cramping is sever then it could be preterm contractions. If the cramping gets worse and closer together you should go straigh to the hospital and have an ultrasound or to the labor and delivery room at the nearest hospital straight away.
There is always a chance of pregnancy when you have unprotected sex. The mild cramping could be from sex. If you had sex right before ovulation or during ovulation, there is a huge chance of pregnancy. If you miss your period then take a pregnancy test. Hope this helps.
If you are young, your periods could be irregular and light. Cramping usually accompanies a period, when you start, you will know it.
talking on the phone does not improve your health. infact talking on the phone for long periods of time hurts your brain and could cause a tumor to eventually form.

The inner lining of your urterus had been building up for roughly 28 days, which is the blood your body expells when you begin menstration. It takes on average between 3 to 6 days for the lining to come out. During that time, you can be experiencing "PMS" like symptoms, which are the following: abdomen cramping, headaches, irritability, fatigue, headache, bloating, sore breasts. Everyone is different, and could experience more, or less of these symptoms.
Well that is hard to say without any more detail than that. It could be your period, it could be pregnancy, it could an ectopic pregnancy, it could be a miscarriage, it could be gas, it could be diarrhea; there are lots of possibilities that could be from just cramping.
