check exhaust for a leak. check starter motor and make sure the bolts are tight. you dont say if the noise is there while stationary or just when moving.
If the ticking sounds like a "normal" ticking, it is probably the fuel injectors.
98 Chevy new 383 block 30k, ticking noise from sounds like heads . 210k on heads;
i had the same noise coming from my 97 gt, but kept driving it as it didnt appear that anything was wrong. shortly after that on the highway my left front tire flew off, the bolts were too tight and broke off one of the posts. have it looked at, now.
well it sounds like your lifters are ticking The connecting rods screaming LET ME OUT!!!
70 is little high for the oil pressure. It sounds like their could be some blockage in the oil holes that run to the top of the engine. The ticking could be coming from the lifters or valves not getting enough oil.
click beetles
Fine it almost sounds like its coming from up in the head area and not a rod knock? OMG

It sounds like your timing belt hydraulic tensioner arm is bad, they are very expensive.
It sounds like the engine timing. The sound is coming from your engine valves. They're not in synch with the rest of your engine. It could also be that the valves are worn out. I'd check the timing first, then the seating on the valves.
It's there anal cavity openIng and closing really fast.
