almost any muscle spasms are caused many times by a lack of hydration. drink water, add electrolytes from like a gatorade, and take potassium supplements. if this doesn't help, try an ibuprofen or two and stretch the muscles as much as possible. biggest causes are vitamin, water, and electrolyte deficiencies.
