have a complete front-end inspection done. It is possibly a worn ball-joint or tie-rod. Take it to a shop that specializes in front ends. Either the camber spec. is out or the toe spec. is out. probably the camber if its only the r/f. Try another alignment shop that will actually let you watch and/or will give you a printout of the before and after measurements -I didnt want to delete the whole answer so Im adding my comments here. You are most likely running too low air pressure. Wranglers have a solid front axle, so unless it's been wrecked the camber cannot be off. Toe may have an effect but if it's been aligned it should be fine. Big tires like 32's are meant for off-road and the compounds are soft. They wear quickly on the road b/c they were desinged for mud and dirt. Also, they were designed to run lower air pressures..off road. When you are on pavement you must run higher pressures. Go to 4x4 forums to get advice on the pressures.
