What you probably need to do is to check you battery because i have a dodge 2004 also and my locks did the same thing so i just replaced my battery and the locks started working again.

Those electronic locks are very expensive and i believe come only with one key, they are really a good product, but it takes time to get another key if you lose it, and you are the only one issued that key.
