Night on Pokemon Diamond is between the hours of 8:00P.M. and 4:00 A.M. It took me quite a while to get Murkrow, so If you can't at first catch him, keep trying and trying and eventually you'll get him. Ooh, and about the dusk stone, you can find it by looking in Team Galactic's Headquarters. In Pokemon Pearl, you can find it by mining underground.

First you need to beat the elite 4. Then get the pass to go to the battle frontier. Enter the battle tower and walk to the PC. Deposit the Pokemon you wish to clone in an empty PC box(Make sure you clone one Pokemon at a time otherwise your game could stuff up). Save the game. Withdraw the Pokemon out of the PC box(don't deposit otherwise you will cry because your Pokemon will be lost) Go to lady who will help you register for link multi battles. Enter any Pokemon. She will ask you to save the game. Say yes. There will be a breif pause. Then the save menu will turn up. Turn off the game. When you turn on the game again, the Pokemon you wished to clone should be in your party and in your PC box. If your Pokemon was shiny, the clone will be shiny. If your Pokemon was holding an item, the clone will hold the same item etc etc
