It depends on what kind of first move you are looking for. Best thing to do is to be friends with the guy. Be cool. Get to know him and don't jump into any romantic involvements yet. Actually, guys like to be appreciated but only in a subtle way. They hate being smothered and will tend to run if you follow them around too much. They also like a girl that's hard to get and a little mysterious. They love challenges. I find this was the best way to win guys over.
