clamp has forced the filter to form a groove in the hose that prevents it from pulling off, It will come off with some force, but may damage the end of hose making it leak when you connect to new filter. If there is enough hose just cut it off close as you can to the old filter and install new filter in the freash cut hose.
The fuel filter is located by the fuel tank. You will need a left handed monkey wrench to remove clamp, turn it two turns to the left then a half turn back.
It Turns Me Inside Out was created in 1981.
A clamp-on ammeter does not measure current by capacitance. It forms a current transformer that operates by inductance. The clamp-on part is the magnetic core of the transformer. There is another winding inside that is coupled by the core to the line that is being measured. This second winding is shorted and the device reads the current through that winding. The current is proportional to turns ratio.
There may be a part broken inside the filter allowing waste to bypass and circulate back into the pool. You should clean the filter then inspect for cracks, rips or other damage.
The GE gswf filter needs to be changed periodically. There is usually a light indicator inside the refrigerator which turns red when the filter needs to be changed. For more information, consult the manual for your GE refrigerator.

The engine turns off when the oil cap is removed because the engine is designed to do so. When the oil cap is removed a vacuum leak is created which causes the engine to turn off.
