Not likely. The starter would have to stay engaged to drain the battery and that you would hear loud and clear. Check for any light that is on. Dome, glove box, trunk, back-up, under hood, etc. It can also be a stuck relay. Lastly it can be a dead cell in the battery which would require the battery be replaced. If the battery is over 3 years old or has been run down a couple of times it is more than likely your problem.
on the battery indicator, it shows the clock battery indicator with the man standing inside the house and he is clear colored. Is this good battery or low battery indicator.
Your question is not clear as to what you want to know, so I can only guess. You do not have to remove battery cables to charge the battery if that is what you are asking.
Did you remember to clear the codes from the computer? OBD II systems have the ability to retain trouble codes even if the battery is disconnected so you will need a code scanner to retrieve the codes to have them cleared out so the computer knows the problem has been addressed.
Disconect the battery for a few minutes!
